MOQ for standard OEM orders (your branding on our existing products) starts at 500 units. Custom ODM orders (new product development from your specifications) start at 1,000 units. Sample orders of 1–5 units are available for quality evaluation before committing to production. Sample costs are credited against the first production order above MOQ.
Yes — we are already certified for all three. We hold CE and UKCA for the EU and UK, FCC for the US, FDA registration for applicable personal care products, PSE and TELEC for Japan, and MIC for South Korea. We also hold ISO 9001, BSCI, RoHS, SRRC, and UL. All certificate PDFs are available for download on our Certificates page. Third-party test reports are available under NDA.
OEM: We apply your logo, brand colours, and custom packaging to our existing product range. Lead time is 25–35 days. No tooling cost.
ODM: We develop a custom product from your concept brief, technical drawings, or reference product. Our R&D team handles firmware, PCB, ID structure, and tooling. NDA is signed before any technical exchange. Sampling takes 20–30 days after specifications are confirmed. Tooling costs depend on complexity.
Standard production lead time is 25–35 days from order confirmation and deposit payment. Monthly production capacity exceeds 600,000 units across three production lines. Express lead times are available for select standard SKUs at a premium. We provide weekly production progress updates including photos from the line.
We support FOB (Shenzhen/Guangdong), CIF, and DDP. We work with established freight forwarders for sea freight (LCL and FCL), air freight, and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) to all major markets. We can recommend forwarders who specialize in your destination market.
